Introducing Eagle F1 SuperSport RS and Eagle F1 RS

Eagle F1 SuperSport RS

The Eagle F1 SuperSport RS is our lightest road tire, designed to provide ultimate race-day performance in road, time-trial, and triathlon competition, utilizing a revolutionary new Power Tensile polyamide casing material, UUHP Compound, and Advanced Profile construction.

These cutting-edge technologies result in a 15% reduction in rolling resistance (at 72 psi) compared to the previous Eagle F1 SuperSport R. This 1.5-watt reduction in rolling resistance combined with improved grip and handling characteristics results in the fastest tire we have ever made.

Eagle F1 RS

The Eagle F1 RS is our all-round road race tire developed to perform at the highest level of cycling, utilizing a new Power Tensile polyamide casing material, UUHP Compound, Advanced Profile construction, and R:Shield puncture protection.

The evolution of our cutting-edge technologies results in a 32% reduction in rolling resistance (at 72 psi) compared to the previous Eagle F1R. This 4.8-watt reduction in rolling resistance combined with improved grip and durability characteristics results in class-leading performance.

Shared DNA

The Eagle F1 SuperSport RS and Eagle F1 RS share the same core DNA. Both utilize the new Power Tensile casing material, UUHP Compound, and Advanced Profile technologies.

An R:Shield puncture protection layer fitted to the Eagle F1 RS gives riders added security for all-around race performance, while the Eagle F1 SuperSport RS delivers ultimate speed and peak performance for dedicated race-day use.

POWER TENSILE

Advanced Profile combines a non-overlapping double-layer casing architecture with a reinforced shoulder turn-up, and an extended tread profile.

By eliminating the traditional casing overlap within the main contact patch, the tread deforms more efficiently, reducing localized stiffness and internal energy loss.

Simultaneously, the reinforced shoulder structure increases lateral support, while the wider tread profile creates a smoother, more predictable transition from crown to sidewall.

This helps deliver:

  • Lower rolling resistance
  • Predictable handling across wet and dry conditions
  • Optimized fit for modern wide-rim systems

UUHP COMPOUND

UUHP (Ultra Ultra-High-Performance) Compound utilizes high-surface-area silica combined with a proprietary rubber compound formulated for maximum grip, speed, and durability.

Our upgraded UUHP compound reduces internal energy loss and limits heat generation during dynamic loading. By improving the efficiency of the compound, rolling resistance is reduced while enhancing traction in wet and dry conditions.

The result is a compound with:

  • Improved rolling resistance
  • Smoother high-speed behavior
  • A balance between energy return, grip, and thermal stability

ADVANCED PROFILE
